WASHINGTON – Aug 28, The FMCSA announced that they are seeking public comment on a pilot program for additional HOS regulatory relief.
In the latest update to the May 14 FMCSA waiver, the FMCSA has extended the HOS exemption to now last until September 14.
The FMSCA emergency declaration has the goal to provide relief from Parts 390 through 399 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations for drivers transporting essential goods during the pandemic.
