We are looking for truck drivers for an OTR route from Columbus, Ohio that have a passion for being on the road, and that understand that delivery on time and safety are critical for their job. We have the miles you want! We bring you home on time every time and we will take care of you. You can expect more miles and more money than anything else out there.

Pay Breakdown:

• $0.45 cpm – $0.50 (avg 2,000 – 2,500 Rand McNally mpw) – will receive a $0.01 cpm increase for 1 year of verified exp. and a $0.005 cpm increase for each additional year of verified exp. up to $0.50 cpm.
• (3 mo. – 12 mo. verified exp = $0.45 cpm)
• (1 – 2 years verified exp = $0.46 cpm)
• (2 – 3 years verified exp. = $0.465 cpm)
• (3 – 4 years verified exp = $0.47 cpm)
• (4 – 5 years verified exp. = $0.475 cpm)
• (5 – 6 years verified exp. = $0.48 cpm)
• (6 – 7 years verified exp. = $0.485 cpm)
• (7 – 8 years verified exp. = $0.49 cpm)
• (8 – 9 years verified exp. =$0.495 cpm)
• (+9 years verified exp. = $0.50 cpm)
• Deadhead Miles: Drivers are paid deadhead Rand McNally miles excluding deadhead mileage home.
• Accessorial Pay: Payment for all services in addition to miles driven (Detention Pay, Short Haul Pay, Layover, etc.) = Avg. $66 per week
• Eligible for a Productivity Bonus up to 28 days: Drivers can earn up to an additional $0.06 cpm for miles driven within a 4-week period 13 times a year!  (8,000 miles = $0.01 cpm, (8,500 miles = $0.02 cpm), (9,000 = $0.03 cpm), (10,000 miles = $.05 cpm), 11,000 + miles = $0.06 cpm)
• Million Mile Safety Bonus: 1 million miles = $5,000, 2 million miles = $10,000, 3 million miles = $20,000, 4 million miles = $40,000, 5 million miles = $50,000
• Drivers are eligible and enrolled in per diem starting at first dispatch – please consult TM (Fleet manager) for additional information.
• Average Weekly Gross: $1,154
• Average Yearly Gross: $60,000
• Average Tenure of drivers on this account is 6 years.

Time Off / Shift: 

• Schedule:  2-week out minimum required – 1 day off earned for each week out (Example: 2 weeks out = 2 days off, 3 weeks out = 3 days off, 4 weeks out = 4 days off, etc.) – weekend time off is not guaranteed
• Start Time:  Day and night driving – drivers are unable to select their start time.
• Shift: Avg 8 – 10 hours per day / 70 hours per week
• Paid Time Off (Vacation, Holidays, Sick Leave, Etc.): Immediately (1.5 hours per week), 6th Anniversary (2.3 hours per week), 19th Anniversary (3 hours per week)
• Drivers will occasionally support other fleets, pay dependent on the project.

Position Details:

• Hauling a consistent freight base of general commodities to various established customers mainly east of I35 – will be required to operate east of the Rockies on occasion (will not typically travel further north than NY State (No NYC) / No Canada)
• Average length of a haul is 500 miles.
• 75% Drop & Hook / 25% Live Unload – Live Unload (avg 1.5 hours)
• 3 months experience required
• Must live within 100 miles of 43085 Columbus, OH

This over-the-road job operates east of I-35.
