Salary ($): $50,000 - $65,000

Our company is seeking OTR truck drivers to join our growing team from Montana. We are treating our drivers with respect dignity and care. We are expanding opportunities focusing on matching your lifestyle benefiting you and your family and your needs as a professional driver.

• Above average pay ($1,100 weekly)
• Driver Ranking Quarterly Bonus
• 1800-2500 miles per week running 11 western states
• $15 per stop
• $35.00-$250.00 unload pay
• 2-3 weeks out(If near DC can be home weekly on occasion if available)
• No experience required
• Hazmat if Possible
• Possibility to find an account that you will like and transfer to that account when there is availability
• Fleet size is small- creates better communication between driver and office staff
• Trucks are automatic
• Depending on home location and distance from certain customers you may be able to take the truck home
• Able to take home time in other locations other than home base
• 5% guaranteed contribution to your 401(k) account

Requirements:

• Must live in Montana
• Hooking/unhooking trailers
• Chaining truck in areas that are required
• Depending on live load possible trailer sweep out
• Might need to move a load on a reefer trailer
• Work with different types of accounts to gain experience
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass drug test
• Clean driving record
