Benefits:
- Great Benefits
- Salary: New Pay Package starting at .55/mile and banded to .70 a mile for loaded miles.
- Average earnings per week: $1,250 – $1,500
- Good miles
- Stop pay
- Short haul pay: Banded Mileage Rates on Idaho loads. From .55 to .70 starting.
- Home time: Weekly 1-1.5 days per week. Thru the home more often. 10 hr breaks at home a couple of times per week. Some Lanes Home Daily for Break.
- No Certificate
- No specialized equipment
- Close regional work with consistent miles and HT
- Automatics
- Accepting owners
- No Non-Driving Activities
- regional lanes to Idaho, Montana, and back to Utah
Requirements:
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass drug test
- Clean driving record
- The hiring area: Boise, Twin Falls & Idaho Falls (Southern Idaho), Utah north markets
- Experience: Trainees will go out with an OTR mentor and then start on this account after the upgrade
- Weekend work: Yes 1 day per weekend usually
