Benefits:

- Salary: $0.45 -0.59 per mile for new drivers (sliding pay scale), up to $0.53- 0.67 per mile for a max experience level of 15+ years. Additional “rest break” pay equates to roughly $0.02 per mile
- Average earnings per week: $1,100 +
- Good miles
- No experience required
- Mentors available
- Short haul pay: 66-99 miles is $25 plus miles, 1-65 is mileage plus hourly
- Load- Unload: No touch freight
- Unload Pay: No touch freight
- Home time: Home daily for a slip seat, at least weekly for a non-slip seat.
- Automatics
- Many different lanes accommodate individual needs.
- Very consistent volumes meaning never a slow period for drivers to have to get through, always reset at home, high earning potential
Requirements:
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass drug test
- Clean driving record
- Hiring area: WA, OR, and ID
- Non-Driving Activities: Typical duties of truck driving
- Weekend work
- Specialized equipment: 4axle tractor, 4axle dry van, 3 axle reefer
- Certificate: Class A only
- Very busy during holidays, challenging winters, night driving
