Salary ($): $55,000 - $70,000

We are looking for truck drivers for regional runs from Longview, Texas. Our regional truck drivers are the face of the company. The ideal driver will thrive in a positive work environment that they will not only enjoy but contribute to as well. We share successes and overcome challenges together.

As a regional driver in our company you can expect:

• Competitive pay rates ($1,150 – $1350 average earnings per week)
• 2,500 – 2,800 average miles per week
• Home weekly for a minimum of a 34-hour reset
• No touch freight
• $100 cash advance per week
• $100/$50/$50- Paid to Contractor for passing a Level 1/Level 2/Level 3 DOT inspection
• $50 after 24 hours layover pay
• Detention pay
• $25 for each drop excluding the last drop
• Lease Purchase Program Opportunity (Van Drivers – $1.02 CPM – .01 raise every 6 months. Cap 1.07)

Job description:

• Primary Running Area: Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Arkansas. With a heavy focus on Houston to Denver
• 650 miles average Length of Haul
• Dry Van freight
• Drop and hook 50%
• Hazmat 3%
• Drivers are paid weekly

Requirements:

• Must live within a 50 mile radius of Longview, Texas
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass drug test
• Clean driving record
